Weeks 1 to 3
Before: A full inbox and no idea what needs you first.
You leave with: Your security settings in place, then a morning brief every weekday, written from your own business notes.
If admin, sales and marketing work keeps piling up, our 90-day online Academy shows you how to hand it to AI employees that know your business. You set them up in your own Claude account, starting with your security settings, then give them one job at a time. Nothing sends without you.

You set up your AI Executive Assistant in your own Claude account, connected to your email, calendar and Drive. Nine weekly lessons and a ready-made template walk you through it, about two to three hours a week, and Mai, your AI tutor, explains any step. Then, each weekday, your assistant prepares drafts for you to read and send.
Nine weekly lessons take you from your first morning brief to reply drafts, quote follow-ups, posts and a Friday Review, a weekly look at what ran, what’s waiting and one thing to improve. You work with the jobs you already handle, get a recording of each lesson’s live session, and ask Mai, your AI tutor, questions along the way.

Your AI Executive Assistant starts with your inbox and calendar, then picks up sales and marketing drafts as the weeks go on. If AI feels like it changes faster than you can keep up with, the lessons teach the method behind your assistant, so when a tool changes, you can adjust it.

You leave with: Your security settings in place, then a morning brief every weekday, written from your own business notes.
Weeks 4 to 6
Before: Replies, follow-ups and posts that wait for a free evening.
You leave with: Drafts for your customer replies and follow-ups, checked against your prices, plus a month of posts, each ready for you to send or post.
Weeks 7 to 9
Before: Wondering whether it’s safe, and what to hand off next.
You leave with: A Friday Review of what ran and what’s waiting, safety rules you’ve tested, and Mai’s feedback on the work you submit at Demo Day in Week 9.
Your AI Executive Assistant comes first, and it can be all you need. When you want more clients, add an optional Sales Director to find businesses that fit your ideal customer, so you have more of the right people to write to. For more content, add an optional Marketing Director to find what’s working in your industry and draft posts, pictures and clips. Both use separate tools, each with its own cost.

The lessons walk you through teaching your assistant your business and checking what comes back, using work from your own week. Both plans include the lessons, template and Mai, your AI tutor, and Premium adds live help every week.
Your assistant runs in your own Claude account, its notes stay in a private folder in your own GitHub account, and its scheduled runs keep going on your Claude plan after your 90 days.
With nine weekly lessons and Mai, your AI tutor, to ask along the way, you’ll learn Set up, Connect, Hand off as you build your AI Executive Assistant around your business. Connect your email, calendar and Drive, then set shifts for morning briefs and a Friday Review. Your assistant brings you meeting prep and reply drafts, flags unanswered quotes and drafts posts when you ask. You learn to check its work and safety rules. Add an optional Marketing Director for content or Sales Director for lead research when you’re ready.
Describe the job you need done, even if you’re not sure how to ask. Prompt Enhancer asks for missing details and turns your explanation into a request you can paste into Claude.
Use ready-made instructions for content, sales, marketing, business admin, design or finance. Add the details of your business, work through the steps in Claude and review the result.
Ask Mai in plain English whenever a question comes up, and she’ll point you to the right lesson or tool inside the Academy.

A fourth-generation entrepreneur and 10+ year Microsoft veteran. Brittany brings an entrepreneur’s perspective to making technology approachable and useful.

Thomas builds and uses AI assistants in his own business. He’s taught AI workshops for Pfizer, the University of Florida and Northwestern Kellogg. At Handoff, he draws on that experience to guide you as you learn to hand off recurring business work.

Mai is your AI tutor with both memberships, any time of day. Ask her to explain a step again or help you find the right lesson or tool. At Demo Day in Week 9, she reviews your work and gives you feedback on what’s missing.
Both memberships give you 90 days of access to the same nine weekly lessons, each week’s recording and Mai, your AI tutor. Premium adds a first-week kickoff call to pick your first jobs, weekly live Office Hours (12 over your 90 days) and the WhatsApp community. You can join yourself or enroll an employee or virtual assistant.

If you’re a business owner, employee or virtual assistant with admin, sales and marketing work piling up, the Academy is for you. You’ll build your AI Executive Assistant through the lessons, using tasks from the business you own or support and checking what it prepares. You don’t need to code, but you should be comfortable creating accounts and following steps in your browser. New to AI? The lessons, template and Mai, your AI tutor, give you a place to start.
Your AI Executive Assistant is the first AI employee you build in Claude, in your own accounts with your business notes and a written job description. You connect your email, calendar and Drive, then set a weekday morning shift and a Friday Review. On those shifts it works in the cloud, even with your computer off. Before you open your inbox, it reads overnight email, checks today’s calendar and pulls the files it needs for meeting prep. It flags unanswered quotes, odd or risky emails and calendar clashes, then brings you a morning brief and reply or follow-up drafts. Your assistant checks each draft against your notes and asks when a detail is missing. It drafts posts when you ask. Because it only drafts and flags, nothing sends or changes without you. Your assistant is the only required role; the Marketing Director for content and Sales Director for lead research are optional.
One Academy payment, $497 for Basic or $1,697 for Premium, and that payment doesn’t renew. You’ll also need Claude Pro or higher, billed separately. Pro is $20 a month, and on Pro we suggest one brief a day while you learn, because heavier use can reach its weekly limit. GitHub is free, and the optional Marketing Director and Sales Director use other tools with their own plans, so you only pay for those if you add them.
No. A person builds, manages and checks each AI employee. An employee or virtual assistant can use one to prepare content, organize business information and document repeat tasks while keeping responsibility for the result.
Your assistant runs in your own Claude account, under that account’s privacy settings, and its notes live in a private copy in your own GitHub account. You connect your email, calendar and Drive yourself, whether that’s Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive or Outlook and OneDrive through Microsoft 365, and Handoff never needs access to any of them.
Your assistant’s notes live in a private copy in your own GitHub account. In Week 1, before you connect your email, the lessons walk you through its security settings: the copy stays Private, Claude’s GitHub access covers only that copy, you choose Claude’s privacy setting and you turn on two-step sign-in. You open your notes only in Claude Code, where its safety rules run, and you keep passwords, card numbers and clients’ private records out of them. Those rules stop it from sending anything or changing its own rules, and every change it saves is dated so you can undo it. Week 7 checks those security settings again.
It writes from your notes, starting with your offers, your prices and how you like to sound and sign off. Your assistant checks each draft against those notes and asks when a detail is missing, and if a reply sounds stiff, you add more to your voice notes and ask for another draft. Nothing goes out until you send it yourself.
Yes. If you don’t have time to take it yourself, choose an employee or virtual assistant to take it instead. They’ll learn the tools and build an AI Executive Assistant for the work they already handle, and the Academy is there when they have questions. Agree on a first task together, then review what they build. Business owners have already done this in the Academy.
Yes. You can buy 2 to 10 learners in one checkout at the team rate: Basic $447 or Premium $1,527 per learner. A Premium · VIP team order is capped at 2 seats so Weekly Office Hours stay small; a Basic team can go up to 10. Each learner gets their own account. After payment you set up your account in the member portal and add each learner’s name and email. Each learner’s 90 days start when they finish account setup or next sign in after assignment. Learners must activate within 90 days of assignment, and you add everyone within 90 days of purchase. Someone who already has an active or pending Academy membership can’t take a seat; that seat stays open for another learner.
By Week 9 your assistant works a weekday morning shift and a Friday Review, with morning briefs, customer replies, quote follow-ups and a month of post drafts waiting for you to read. The first three weeks cover your security settings, your first brief, a weekday schedule and teaching it your business. Weeks 4 to 6 add reply drafts, quote follow-ups and the posts. In the last three weeks you test its draft checks and safety rules, start the Friday Review and send your work to Mai for feedback at Demo Day. Premium members also show their work live. You can add the optional Marketing Director or Sales Director in whichever order you need them.
Yes, with an optional role you build in Claude. Your Sales Director finds businesses that fit your ideal customer with Apollo and Clay, and your AI Executive Assistant drafts the first message for you to send yourself. The Marketing Director finds what’s working in your industry and drafts posts and scripts. It turns the posts you keep into pictures or short videos with Higgsfield, and cuts your long videos into captioned clips with Opus Clip and HyperFrames. Each tool is its own account with its own cost. The Sales Director’s Apollo account needs a work email address and uses credits for some searches, while Clay starts new accounts with free credits. You can add lemlist for LinkedIn and email sequences that you launch yourself. For the Marketing Director, Higgsfield and Opus Clip each need a paid plan and use credits, and HyperFrames is free and open source but takes a few setup steps on your computer. Neither role sends or posts anything, and you can finish the Academy without them.
No. Bring a recurring task you’d like help with, and follow the lessons with the template as your starting point. Mai, your AI tutor, can explain a step whenever you need. With Premium, we’ll also look through a week of your work together on your first-week kickoff call, sort the tasks you’d love to hand off and choose your AI Executive Assistant’s first jobs. Weekly live Office Hours and the WhatsApp community give Premium members places to ask questions as they build.
Claude, in your browser at claude.ai/code. The lessons show you how to build your assistant there. It reads your email, calendar and Drive to prepare your work, using Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive or Outlook and OneDrive through Microsoft 365.
You’ll finish with Claude working a weekday schedule for you. Your assistant runs in your own accounts, writes from your saved business notes and checks its drafts against them, and it follows safety rules you’ve tested. The lessons build on what you already know about Claude, with Mai to explain any step, and Premium adds a kickoff call, weekly live Office Hours and the WhatsApp community.
AI subscriptions are separate. You’ll need a Claude plan that includes Claude Code (Pro or higher) and a free GitHub account, and everything runs in your browser, so there’s nothing to install. If your email runs on Microsoft 365, you’ll need a Microsoft 365 business account (not a personal Outlook.com or Hotmail address), and your company’s Microsoft global admin approves Claude’s Microsoft 365 connector once, including the permissions it uses to save drafts. On a Claude Team or Enterprise plan, your Claude account owner also switches on the connector and its drafting tools. Scheduled shifts are a research preview on Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise plans; on Team or Enterprise, your account owner can switch them off. On Pro, start with one brief a day while you learn, because heavy use can reach Claude’s weekly limit. The optional Marketing Director and Sales Director use other tools, each with its own account and cost.
You can come back to the step that stopped you. Revisit the recording inside that week’s lesson, then ask Mai, your AI tutor, to explain the part that’s unclear and try it with a task from your business. Premium also includes a kickoff call to choose where to start, weekly live Office Hours and the members-only WhatsApp community, where you can bring the questions that are holding you up.
Allow two to three hours a week, on your own schedule. You’ll work with tasks you already handle, such as customer replies or quote follow-ups, and give yourself time to learn the steps and check the first runs. If you need to go over a part again, revisit the lesson recording or ask Mai to explain it. Premium’s optional live Office Hours give you another place to bring questions.
Premium adds help applying the lessons to your business. Book your first-week kickoff call in the portal. We’ll go through a week of your real work, sort the tasks you’d love to stop doing and pick first wins for your AI Executive Assistant. Those are the first jobs you’ll build it to handle, using the lessons. You then have weekly live Office Hours on Zoom: one session a week for your stage, 12 over your 90 days. Send questions by 5 PM Eastern the day before so the team can review what you’re working on and come ready to help you move forward. Premium also includes the members-only WhatsApp community. If you start with Basic, you can upgrade from your Billing page for the price difference.
Access to the Academy portal, lessons, tools, tutor, and membership benefits ends. Your assistant and its notes stay in your own Claude and GitHub accounts, as plain files you can open, move and roll back, and its scheduled runs keep going on your Claude plan. There is no auto-renewal. You can buy access again at the then-current price.
Your 30-day money-back guarantee starts when your Academy account is activated: when you finish account setup or, if you already have an account, first sign in after purchase. That same activation starts your 90 days of access. Buying now or signing into the Summit Guide does not start either clock, and later sign-ins do not restart them. For a team order, the whole order’s 30-day guarantee starts when the first learner activates; purchase, seat assignment and buyer-only account setup do not start it, and later learner activations do not restart it. Contact support within that window to request a refund under the Terms.
Yes. Choose Basic or Premium, answer four quick questions, and you’ll be taken to a Stripe-hosted checkout page to pay. Payment is one time for 90 days of access, with no auto-renewal. Your access starts when you finish account setup or, if you already have an account, next sign in after purchase. Activate within 90 days of purchase or the membership lapses. Your 30-day money-back guarantee starts at that same activation. After your payment completes, the Academy portal emails you a link to set up your account.
